Text reminders are sent to each client 48 hours prior to their appointment, using the phone number given to the professional or provided via the booking link at the time of booking.

Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of appointment):

1st time: I get it — we forget or things come up. No fee is charged!

2nd time: 40% of service cost due. (Non-refundable; does not go toward future services.)

3rd time: 80% of service cost due. (Non-refundable; does not go toward future services.)

4th time: 80% of service cost due (non-refundable; does not go toward future services), plus a 50% non-refundable deposit before rebooking.

The statements above also apply to last-minute rescheduling.

The treatment room is prepped and ready for your specific appointment 10-15 minutes before your expected arrival. Depending on the treatment or service, supplies may be set out and will unfortunately have to be disposed of without being used.

If you are running a few minutes behind, let me know! Your appointment is set up for you ahead of time to enhance the quality of your service or treatment.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, the service will not be able to be performed — this keeps the appointment from feeling rushed for both of us.

If you are more than 10 minutes late 3 or more times, resulting in an unreceived service or treatment, 50% of service cost due (non-refundable; does not go toward future services), plus a 50% non-refundable deposit before rebooking.
